This is short and sweet. We’re all here to enjoy baking so there are only a few rules.
Online Pre-ordering T&C
This refers to pre-orders made on the online form.
Payments for pre-orders are non-refundable. Any no shows/cancellations/change of dates, for whatever reason, will not be refunded, except at the discretion of the staff.
Deliveries: Please be available to accept your order during the date and time specified on the form. If you are not around, the driver will try and leave it with neighbours or outside the door, but may not do so in case they don’t feel it is safe, in which case you will not be eligible for a refund. Similarly, we do not accept liability if the package left outside is missing or damaged.
Collections: Please arrive at the specified date and time you selected to collect from Miel Bakery, 57 Warren St, W1T 5NR. We will try and hold it for a short while if you are running a little late, but cannot guarantee that it will still remain towards the end of the day, and will dispose of uncollected items by 5pm.
Although we strive to produce your order, there may be genuine & rare unforeseen circumstances (e.g. broken machinery, staff illness, ingredient disruption, etc particularly during coronavirus) that could prevent us from serving you. In this case, we will first try and contact you after your order is placed. If we are unable to, you will be offered something of similar value in exchange, or a refund for the missing item(s).
Baking Class T&C
Payments for bookings are non-refundable. Any no shows/cancellations/change of dates, for whatever reason, will not be refunded. You could gift your seat to a friend if you like.
If we do not meet the minimum number of students required for a class, we reserve the right cancel or change the date. You’ll get a full refund if you cannot make it for an alternative date.
There may be a rare occurrence of a recipe on a menu being changed or modified slightly from your order, although this is unlikely.
We try and end our classes on time, though sometimes they may take slightly longer than expected, based on the dynamics and interactions of the students on the day.
From time to time, we may contact you via email to deliver certain required non-promotional information, such as confirmation of booking, change in bookings, etc.
Please keep your phones on silent through the class, and should you need to answer any calls, please step outside so the class isn’t disturbed.
Kindly do not bring your child or infant to the class, as they may get distracted and cause disturbance to others.
