An ongoing collaboration that launched in the fall of 2025 and continues to grow. If you know of the cult Parisian clothing brand, Sézane you may know of their serpentine queues around their shop. Each weekend and for special event, Miel is proud to keep the queue fed with our brown butter tonka madeleines. For Valentine’s 2025, we made almond and raspberry financiers for the queue snacks.
Miel popped up at Selfridges in Central London for a week in collaboration with Lacoste to celebrate the launch of their 2025 Autumn-Winter Collection.
We served pistachio cream filled brioche, pistachio swirls, coffee and matcha.
At Miel we enjoy taking cues from nature to merge natural flavours inspired from herbs, flowers, leaves, citrus and spices that we use to infuse, macerate, soak and stir into our bakes. Working to create bespoke cookies and pâtisserie inspired by Penhaligon’s perfumes was the joyful amalgamation of taste and aroma.
