From the first spark of inspiration to the final pastry, it’s a process we love shaping together with our brilliant team.

 

The goal is to create things that feel personal – bringing ideas to life that reflect its story, warmth, character, and always a sense of joy and occasion. Customising and collaborating is one of our favourite parts of what I do.

Miel x Sézane

A collaboration that launched in the fall of 2025 until spring 2026. If you know of the cult Parisian clothing brand, Sézane you may know of their serpentine queues around their shop. Each weekend and for special event, Miel was proud to keep the queue fed with our brown butter tonka madeleines. For Valentine’s 2026, we made almond and raspberry financiers for the queue snacks. For Mother’s Day 2026, we made vanilla sugar sablé.

Miel x Lacoste at Selfridges

Miel popped up at Selfridges in Central London for a week in collaboration with Lacoste to celebrate the launch of their 2025 Autumn-Winter Collection.

 

We served pistachio cream filled brioche, pistachio swirls, coffee and matcha.

Miel x Penhaligon's

At Miel we enjoy taking cues from nature to merge natural flavours inspired from herbs, flowers, leaves, citrus and spices that we use to infuse, macerate, soak and stir into our bakes. Working to create bespoke cookies and pâtisserie inspired by Penhaligon’s perfumes was the joyful amalgamation of taste and aroma.
