Learn to make Miel favourites- cinnamon bun and dark chocolate and sea salt sablé from scratch. Also take home some dough to make more buns at home!

 

BUNS: Learn how to make a buttery brioche dough. Make your own cinnamon or cardamom buns and learn about variations you can do with this dough. Skills: mixing the dough correctly, window-pane test, optimum prooving, importance of controlling dough temperature while baking.

 

COOKIES: Valrhona chocolate and sea salt cookies that are buttery, melt-in-the-mouth and perfect to stock up on in the freezer and cut and bake whenever you feel like eating something sweet. Easy to make and also a versatile base dough for endless variations!
