Being a Japanophile, I wanted to create a weekend of experiences and celebrations around Japanese culture with my longtime friend, Yui Ito. Celebrating Japanese Weekend at Miel through food and cutlure is my way of bringing a slice of Japan to Warren St. We will have a series of workshops as well as some special Japan inspired pastries that we will make at Miel just for this weekend.
